The active NPC helpers on Hay Day

Playing on the farm, is not that difficult for beginners.
After following the first indications on tutorial, you can explore and learn how to play just interacting with the farm environment.
Here are the NPC´s (non player characters) that are available for the players.

Greg

This guy is the richest farmer around and he is on your friend list, so you can visit his farm and buy from his store some stuff you may be interested. He also comes to your farm to buy resources from you.

 

Mr Postman 

He comes daily to your farm bringing your mailing, If you help other farmers, they send thank you cards to you and you can trade them for a box of your choice. Then Mr.Postman bring it to your farm.

Tom is a handy helper, but his work is payed. Choose the best option between available time he offers, trading his service for your diamonds. He take some naps, and come back available after a period. With some luck, you can win his booster playing and he helps you for free on the period the booster indicates.

Ernest is a hired old man that help you with some stuff like making sugar and cheese...his work is payed with diamonds too...except when you win his booster or have the option to watch a merchandise video available, in order to have his services.

Maggie the builder, can custom your vehicle, house and store with some options that appear when she comes. For some options you need tickets. for other diamonds.

 

Like Ernest, Rose is payed with diamonds too... or when available you can watch a merchandise video to have her services. Another option is use her booster when you win it.
